Exchange & Return Policy
Please keep your original invoice so that you are able to exchange or return your purchase.
You may exchange a product within seven days of the date you receive your order, or return a product within 3 days of the date you receive your order.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please first get in touch via the contact form. The courier company will collect the product and charge the shipping fees.
The product must be in its original condition when returned, in its complete original packaging, sealed and unopened. Refunds are processed using the same original payment method you used.
