Where do you ship to?
Air Aroma ships locally within Saudi Arabia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs SAR 30 for orders under SAR 450. Air Aroma covers the shipping cost for orders over SAR 450.
When will my order ship?
Most products ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is processed and dispatched, which you can use to track delivery. If you have any questions or issues with your order, contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.
Warranty Coverage
Air Aroma warrants all air-care products against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original date of retail purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation or operation without due care, unauthorised modification, lost parts, tampering with the product, or attempted repairs by anyone not authorised by Air Aroma.
- Any product not installed according to the instruction manual supplied with it, or not operated or maintained in accordance with that manual.
Fragrances that void the warranty: Air Aroma diffusers are designed for exclusive use with Air Aroma fragrances only. Using non-Air Aroma fragrances with an Air Aroma system immediately voids the warranty.

How does the diffuser work?
Air Aroma diffusers use patented cold-air diffusion technology to turn fine liquid fragrance into a dry, micro-fine mist. These diffusers work by atomisation, which differs from methods that use ultrasonics, humidification and heat, or evaporation. Cold-air diffusion preserves the integrity of the scent and uses no heat or water. The liquid fragrance particles mix with air and vibration to form a dry column of scent that becomes slightly visible and dry. This dry mist disperses into the air either directly from the diffuser or by injection into the supply duct of an HVAC system to spread the scent with the airflow. This is the most effective scenting method and can deliver the strongest immediate results. Every diffuser has adjustable scent-strength settings for the desired level of diffusion, and diffusers spray intermittently based on programmed settings for a consistent scent.

How long does the fragrance last?
It depends on how you use it, the system, the size of the space and the scent-strength settings, but our diffusers are designed to require only minimal maintenance. Common refill intervals for daily use: Aromax – two weeks; Aroscent or Aroslim – two months; Ecoscent – 6 months to a year. The approximate shelf life of the fragrances is two years. Please store fragrances properly at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and tightly closed.
How do I care for my diffuser?
Air Aroma diffusers require a power outlet to operate. General maintenance and occasional cleaning are recommended. Every diffuser comes with an instruction manual covering setup, use, cleaning and troubleshooting. Please contact us if you need further support or have specific questions.
Are the fragrances safe to use?
All our fragrances use high-quality ingredients, blending natural ingredients and safe synthetic molecules into a well-balanced scent. The International Fragrance Association (IFRA) has certified all our fragrances as safe to use and made specifically for diffusers (not to be sprayed on skin). This means our fragrances have been extensively tested by an accredited international body. Air Aroma only offers IFRA-certified fragrances, free of harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Some people may be sensitive to certain scents, although this is uncommon, so choose what suits you best. With diffusion the scent is concentrated at a small, negligible level that does not directly expose you to a large enough amount to cause problems in general.
What is the difference between aroma oils and essential oils?
Our aroma oils make up most of our fragrances; they are high-quality scents designed specifically for air care. Their ingredients include natural materials such as essential oils and absolutes, along with synthetic scent molecules for a well-balanced, harmonious fragrance. Our essential-oil blends are just essential oils, meaning 100% natural molecules extracted from plants, and tend to be stronger and more volatile than our aroma-oil blends. Do you have other fragrances?
Yes, we offer a large range of scents beyond our retail selection through direct enquiry. We keep limited supplies of some scents and introduce new formulations from time to time. We can also design a custom fragrance for you.
