Please read the terms of use and applicable policies very carefully. Air Aroma reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, and those amendments take effect as soon as they are published on this website. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by the amended terms.
When you visit www.air-aroma.com.sa or send emails to Air Aroma, you are communicating with Air Aroma electronically. You therefore consent to receive communications electronically from Air Aroma. Air Aroma will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You also acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures and any other communications Air Aroma provides to you electronically satisfy the legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Air Aroma will retain the content of any email from you if it deems there to be a legal requirement to do so. Air Aroma will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal information (including credit-card details) secure.
Orders
The order you place constitutes an offer to purchase the goods displayed on this site at the price specified in the Air Aroma price list. Your order must include your name, address, email address, credit-card details and any other information specified on this site. We make no warranty regarding the availability of the goods advertised on this site. Goods will be delivered in accordance with Air Aroma’s applicable shipping policy published on this site. After your order is confirmed, it will be sent to Air Aroma for processing and fulfilment, and you will not be able to amend or cancel your order except in the cases specified in the terms or conditions provided for under the laws of Saudi Arabia.
By confirming your order, you fully accept all the terms, and an email summarising your order will be sent to you.
Your order is processed once both purchase and payment are completed in full.
Air Aroma product prices are stated in Saudi Riyals and are inclusive of taxes.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Mada Card.
Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made within a period of two (2) to five (5) business days. When calculating delivery times, the following days are not counted: Friday and any bank holiday in Saudi Arabia. Ordered products are delivered during normal business hours to the address specified when placing the order, subject to payment confirmation. No deliveries are made until the amounts due for the products have been received.
On delivery of the order, you must verify that the shipment is correct. If there is any discrepancy or issue with your order at the time of delivery, you must state the nature of the discrepancy or issue (for example, opened packaging, damaged goods) on the delivery receipt and sign it. You must then contact the online orders department by email through the “Contact us” section of the site.
On acceptance of delivery, ownership of the products and all associated responsibilities pass to the recipient.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs SAR 30 for orders under SAR 450. Air Aroma covers the shipping cost for orders over SAR 450.
Trademarks
You are prohibited from using Air Aroma’s trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not part of Air Aroma’s business, or in any manner that may be confusing, misleading or deceptive to the public, or that disparages Air Aroma, its products or services, or that diminishes or tarnishes this website. Any word or device accompanied by the symbol TM or (R) is a registered trademark unless otherwise indicated. The following are current registered trademarks of Air Aroma: Air Aroma(R), Aromax(R), Arosport(R), Arobactra(R), Arodrive(R), Aroscent(R), Ecoscent(R), Arotec(R) and Aroslim(R).
Your Membership Account
Air Aroma undertakes to comply with the terms of its privacy and security policy published on this website under Policies. However, when using this site you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not use a fake email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead Air Aroma. If you are under 18, you may only use the Air Aroma website under the supervision of your parent or guardian. Air Aroma and its partners reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. The disclaimers set out in these terms of use survive any such termination.
To submit a request regarding the deletion of your account and data, please send a request using our contact form.
Product Images and Colour Samples
All product images on the Air Aroma site, including the colour of the product or its packaging, are for illustrative purposes only. Air Aroma does not guarantee that the image available on the site exactly matches the item you will receive.
Product Descriptions
Air Aroma and its partners try to be as accurate as possible. However, Air Aroma does not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product Air Aroma provides does not match the description on the site, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with Air Aroma’s return policy published on this site under Policies. All features and technical specifications are subject to change without notice.
Site policies, modification and severability
By using this site you acknowledge that you have read Air Aroma’s policies, including the shipping and return policy applied by Air Aroma and published on this site under Policies. These policies also govern your visit to the Air Aroma site. Air Aroma reserves the right to make changes to its site, policies and these terms of use at any time. If Air Aroma waives any of its rights on one occasion, this does not mean it will automatically waive those rights on any other occasion. If any of these terms is void, cancelled or unenforceable for any reason, that term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining term.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Warranty Coverage
Air Aroma warrants all air-care products against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original date of retail purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper installation or operation without due care, unauthorised modification, lost parts, tampering with the product, or attempted repairs by anyone not authorised by Air Aroma.
- Any product not installed according to the instruction manual supplied with it, or not operated or maintained in accordance with that manual.
Fragrances that void the warranty: Air Aroma diffusers are designed for exclusive use with Air Aroma fragrances only. Using non-Air Aroma fragrances with an Air Aroma system immediately voids the warranty.
