Floor area, type of venue, and how soon you want to be running. The form below takes about a minute.

2. We match a system to it

We size the diffuser to the actual volume of air you need to cover — a 200 m² boutique and a 2,000 m² mall atrium need very different equipment. We will tell you if a standalone cold-air unit is enough or if HVAC integration makes more sense.

3. You get a written proposal

Equipment, fragrance options, coverage, refill intervals and monthly running cost, in writing. No obligation.

Common questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to buy. We would rather size the system correctly up front than sell you equipment that under-performs in your space.

Do I need to change my HVAC system?

Usually not. Standalone cold-air units scent zones directly and need no ductwork. HVAC integration is worth considering for large or multi-zone sites where even coverage is otherwise hard to achieve.

How quickly can a system be installed?

For standalone units, typically within days of agreeing the specification. HVAC-integrated installations depend on site access and are scheduled around your operating hours.

Can I use my own fragrance?

Yes. We can work with a signature scent you already own, or develop one with you if you want something distinct to your brand.
