Every supplier of commercial scenting in Saudi Arabia answers the price question the same way: request a quote. Search for what it costs to scent a shop and you get feasibility studies for opening a perfume boutique — a different business entirely. So here are our numbers, in public, with the arithmetic shown. Prices are in Saudi Riyal and include VAT.
The two costs, and why people only budget for one
Scenting a space has a capital cost and a running cost. The device is bought once; the oil is bought again every few weeks for as long as the space is scented. Most budgets we are shown account for the first and ignore the second — which is how a project that looked affordable in month one becomes a surprise in month four.
What the devices cost
Two sizes. The Aromax is 1,955 SAR and covers up to 250 m³ — a boutique, a clinic reception, a neighbourhood prayer hall. The AroSlim is 8,050 SAR and covers up to 1,000 m³ — a showroom, a hotel lobby, a large retail floor. Both are cold-air atomisers with adjustable output, and both arrive ready to run.
Size the device by volume, not floor area, or you will buy the wrong one. Our sizing guide walks through that calculation, and it matters more to your budget than the sticker price does.
What the fragrance costs
Fragrance oil is sold in the size that matches the device: 30 ml for the Aromax, 450 ml for the AroSlim. Across our 27 fragrances, 30 ml is 253 SAR for most scents and 79 SAR for the two entry-tier options; 450 ml is 920 SAR and 249 SAR respectively.
Working out your monthly cost
We will not print a single “from X SAR per month” figure, because two of the inputs are yours: daily run hours and intensity setting. Both change consumption substantially. What we can give you is our published refill guidance for daily use — roughly two weeks for an Aromax, two months for an AroSlim — and the arithmetic to apply to your own case.
On those intervals an Aromax runs through about two 30 ml bottles a month: 506 SAR at the standard tier, 158 SAR on an entry fragrance. An AroSlim uses about half a 450 ml bottle: roughly 460 SAR, or 125 SAR. Run fewer hours or at a lower setting and the bottle lasts longer — the interval is guidance, not a guarantee.
The number that should decide it
Divide monthly fragrance cost by volume covered and the picture inverts. At the standard fragrance tier the Aromax works out at roughly 2.0 SAR per cubic metre per month. The AroSlim, four times the purchase price, comes to about 0.46 SAR — a quarter as much.
That is the case for buying up rather than cheap — and equally the case against over-buying. Below 250 m³, an AroSlim is capacity you pay for and never use. Above it, chaining Aromax units costs more every month, forever, than the single larger device would have. The break-even is a question of volume, not budget.
In first-year totals: a 250 m³ retail unit costs about 8,000 SAR on a standard fragrance, then about 6,100 SAR a year after. A 1,000 m³ showroom costs about 13,600 SAR in year one — four times the volume for well under twice the money.
What is not in these numbers
Delivery is 30 SAR on orders under 450 SAR and free above that, anywhere in Saudi Arabia. Neither device carries an installation fee; both are plug-in units, and neither needs the duct work that central HVAC integration would. There is no subscription, no service contract and no minimum term — you reorder fragrance when you need it.
What they do not cover is a building. Multi-floor hotels, malls and sites with several air zones need a survey before anyone can responsibly quote them, because the device count depends on how the air actually moves. If that is your situation, talk to us and we will work from your floor plan rather than a price list.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to scent a small shop in Saudi Arabia?
A shop under 250 m³ needs one Aromax at 1,955 SAR, plus fragrance at 79 to 253 SAR per 30 ml bottle. On our refill guidance for daily use that is roughly 158 to 506 SAR a month in fragrance, depending on the scent.
Is there a monthly subscription or service contract?
No. You buy the device once and reorder fragrance when it runs low. There is no minimum term and no service fee.
Why is the more expensive diffuser cheaper to run?
Because running cost scales with the volume you are scenting, not with the price of the device. The AroSlim covers four times the space of an Aromax on a bottle that lasts four times as long, so its cost per cubic metre per month is roughly a quarter as much.
Can I try a fragrance before committing?
Yes. We send fragrance samples on paper at no charge — use the contact form and we will arrange it. For a commercial space, test on site before ordering in quantity: scent behaves differently in a real room than on a card.
Do these prices include VAT and delivery?
All prices shown include VAT. Delivery is 30 SAR for orders under 450 SAR and free for orders above 450 SAR, within Saudi Arabia.
